Our 95% program is very simple. We identify ten banks we believe are likely to be interested in funding your project with our product attached to it. We then arrange for a small CD to be purchased at each of the ten banks to serve as an example. We then professionally prepare a 2-4 page document package, the “Courtesy Deposit Section” for each of the ten banks. You include this “Courtesy Deposit Sections” document package in each of your ten financing proposals you prepare for the ten banks. When your banker reviews your package, he will see that we have already demonstrated our program by transferring an example deposit into his/hers institution.

Example Scenario: Your proposed loan package is for $500,000 USD.

When reviewing your loan, the banker will read the following in the “Courtesy Deposit Section” document package we prepared for you:

“a component of this financing proposal is- If this loan is made we (the borrower) will arrange to have $1,000,000 USD in the form of ten $100,000 jumbo CD’s purchased at your bank. As a courtesy and for your understanding and review we have arranged for a $1,000 CD “Example Courtesy Deposit” that has already been made into your institution. The Safe Keeping Receipt is 123456789000 and the CD was purchased on ______________. This Courtesy Deposit example is a demonstration of this special component of our financing package."

The 2-4 page “Courtesy Deposit Section” we prepare for each of the ten identified banks will include
1.) The parameters of our product in banker terms
2.) Your approval for a future _______dollar Courtesy Deposit
3.) An opinion of Legal Counsel
4.) Additional legal text

Your project has no bearing with our ability to arrange the Courtesy Deposits. Your dealings are between yourself and your banker. We simply arrange for CD’s to be purchased at the bank you request. That is our ONLY job. Your borrowing package must be bankable and professionally prepared. This 95% program is excellent if you do not have a lender or do not want to seek a lender out yourself. The 5% of applicants that do not get funding in our 95% program had non-bankable borrowing packages to begin with.

The cost to participate in our 95% program is $25,000. This does not include any future fees for our Courtesy Deposit product when your loan is approved. All fees with this program are non-refundable. If the ten banks we identify deny your borrowing request we will prepare and submit documents packages to ten additional banks at no additional cost. We will just need copies of all of the denial letters from the first round of funding before we take this step.
